Villain categories

Villains can be categorized into five different subtypes, villains who: 1.) Believe they are doing the right thing (the ends justifies the means) E.g. Magneto (X-men). 2.) Are just scary and mad, or live for destruction, there's no plot nor any obvious reason for a particular target. E.g. The Joker (The Dark Knight) 3.) Seeks revenge, e.g. Khan Star Trek. 4.) Wants power (rule the world), e.g. Blofeldt (James Bond). 5.) Are henchmen, subordinates or robots. They are either without a will, do it for fun or lack of intelligence. E.g. Jaws (James Bond films).

#16 O-Ren Ishii

O-Ren Ishii a.k.a. cottonmouth, portrayed by Lucy Liu, is a half-Chinese, half-Japanese American woman, belonging to subtype 3 from the world of Quentin Tarantino. Witnessing her parents getting murdered under the orders of a Japanese mob boss at the age of nine years. She quickly learns all trades of a professional assassin. Driven by hate she takes vengeance on the mob-boss at a young age and from that point in her life develops an almost mad personality and joins a assassin group called "Deadly viper assassination squad". The mad personality surfaces on a particular occassion when a subordinate refers to her heritage which she is most proud of, he calls her "a half-breed Chinese-Jap-American bitch", to which end his head is easily and quickly cut off.
